Corporate Paralegal - SQE Path, Flexible Hours

JAM Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support solicitors in Suffolk on acquisitions, disposals and other business transactions. This full-time role offers £25,000-£35,000 per annum depending on experience, with an SQE progression path.

You will assist with a varied caseload, draft documents, perform due diligence and liaise with clients, learning from experienced lawyers in a collaborative team.
