This position is tailored for a senior practitioner (7+ years PQE) seeking a high-calibre alternative to traditional partnership. Sitting as a key senior figure within the Corporate group, you will step into an immediate, high-volume flow of sophisticated Irish and cross-border transactions, without the immediate pressure of business development. The work is already on the desk; the team simply requires a competent, trusted senior lawyer to lead and execute.

About You

• Ideally 7+ years PQE in corporate law gained within a major Irish firm, international firm, or the UK market.
• London returners or top-tier Dublin-based Senior Associates/Of Counsel looking for a strong career step without the partnership grind.
• High technical competency, strong transactional execution skills, and the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Dedicated client development is not a requirement for this role; your primary focus will be quality delivery and file management.
