The Role

We require a hands-on Senior Marketing Executive for a role supporting our Digital Solutions business unit. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to build on their existing expertise with the ambition of creating and delivering bigger, bolder and better campaigns which engage and inspire our prospective clients and drive future strategies.

The candidate will help support the marketing of the Digital Solutions business unit and focus on driving sustainable and profitable growth through campaigns while defining the CACI brand across multiple markets.

To deliver against this ambition, the role requires a person who can act with integrity, work collaboratively and reimagine the possible.

This role will report to the Head of Marketing and will be based in our London (Kensington) office. We have a flexible working policy but the candidate should expect to be in the office at least 3 days a week.

The ideal candidate

The successful candidate for this role will be degree educated and ideally hold or be studying for a CIM qualification. They will have worked within a B2B environment for business services and ideally within the IT sector. They will have proven campaign execution, marketing event organisation and basic budget control experience.

Good inter-personal skills are a must to build successful working relations with colleagues, internal stakeholders and suppliers.

The candidate must also have good analytical ability, as well as experience of capturing, analysing and developing recommendations based on ROI data sets - good project management skills are desirable.

The role will require somebody to be confident with campaign execution, audience segmentation, market research, content creation, event planning and marketing administration.

Key responsibilities

• Help develop and execute marketing campaigns for the Digital Solutions team, working to budget and with the Head of Marketing. They may also be asked to help assist other business units in particularly busy periods.

• Working with Sales/Product specialists to assist them in their strategies to communicate to their target markets.

• Help drive brand awareness through various marketing channels, primarily by using thought-leadership content.

• Create, deliver and evaluate commercially focused online & offline lead generation marketing campaigns with the help of the Head of Marketing.

• Work in an agile and flexible way across campaigns and programmes to ensure that business units are continually focused on creating the most value for CACI clients and prospective clients.

• Work with the sales teams to ensure lead monitoring and CRM systems are accurate.

• Monitor and evaluate ROI of activity. • Help plan and organise marketing events and attendance at conferences and exhibitions.

• Support other members of the CACI marketing team in capturing best practice and learning insights from campaign activity.

Core skills, knowledge and experience required:

• 4+ years marketing experience - either a Marketing Executive ready to step up or a Senior Marketing Executive looking for a new challenge.

• Proven experience within B2B markets.

• Experience of organising and managing B2B exhibitions and events from start to finish.

• Knowledge of a wide range of on and offline marketing techniques and concepts, and of marketing tools i.e. CRM, CMS, and marketing automation systems (Hubspot & Netsuite experience would be a big advantage).

• Basic budget management skills.

• Demonstrable influencing and negotiating skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
