Corporate Lawyer, 3+ PQE

Opportunity to join a high respected, award-winning transactional corporate team in Dublin.

With a strong team of accredited specialists in corporate, this is an excellent role for candidates looking to work with an exceptional client list across Ireland and Europe.

You can expect to work across a range of sectors including: energy, technology, finance and infrastructure. Candidates will have circa 3 years PQE and you will have the chance to work on M&A, AIM, restructuring, JVs and takeovers.

You will have the opportunity to work with a number of different partners, ensuring diversity and the chance to learn and develop from a number of different angles.

Candidates will be working in either a top tier or mid tier firm in Ireland- transactional experience is key and this would be a very good role for a candidate looking to move up to a larger practice. Irish lawyers in the UK looking to relocate back to Ireland are also of interest.
