Jain & Partners, a well-established legal firm based in New Delhi, is currently inviting applications for the position of Assessment Intern. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional legal environment.

Practice Areas Include:

• Drafting board resolutions, meeting minutes, and official notices

• Assisting with FEMA compliance and NCLT-related matters

• Filing ROC forms and managing associated documentation

• Reviewing and vetting commercial and legal agreements

Who Can Apply:

• Recent BA.LLB graduates (Class of 2024 or 2025)

• Candidates genuinely interested in corporate and secretarial legal work

• Those who are available to join immediately

Internship Details:

• Stipend: 5,000 per month

• Location: Jain & Partners, 1001 Vikrant Tower, Rajender Place, New Delhi - 110008

• Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

• Start Date: Immediate joining preferred
