Corporate Growth & Strategy Director

AXA Health in the UK is seeking a senior corporate leader to shape strategy and deliver 3-5 year growth across products, services and propositions for corporate clients. You will drive cross-functional collaboration across AXA Health, AXA UK and Global teams to execute priorities.

The role requires accountability for P&L, budgets and performance, leading a multi-disciplinary team and ensuring regulatory compliance while maintaining strong partner and client relationships.
