Corporate Governance & Regulatory Counsel (Onsite Bermuda)

Wilton Re Ltd. is seeking a Corporate Governance and Regulatory Counsel to support corporate governance and compliance across Bermuda and U.S. operations. The role entails managing governance processes, providing risk management support, and assisting with regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in corporate governance or legal administration, strong attention to detail, and familiarity with Bermuda regulations. A bachelor's degree is required, and a law degree or corporate governance qualification is preferred.
