Role Overview

The successful candidate will join as a Corporate Partner, managing existing clients and developing new client relationships. The corporate team handles a variety of matters including joint ventures, shareholder agreements, share buy-ins, private equity transactions, business start-ups, and share options. The team works with family businesses, banks, financial institutions, and listed companies.

• At least 10 years of experience handling corporate files independently
