Corporate Finance Solicitor (Newly Qualified)

You will be working with some of the most highly regarded partners in the Corporate market, and from day one, you will be involved in exciting deals both nationally and regionally. • The appointed Corporate Solicitor will join a team known for providing excellent technical advice and exceptional commercial awareness.
• The team serves a diverse client base, including multinational companies, international investors, and entrepreneurs.
• You will have the flexibility to specialize in a particular area or handle a broad M&A caseload.
• Expect to manage a busy caseload from the outset and support junior team members.
• The ideal candidate will have excellent academics and be an NQ or have relevant experience from a recognized law firm.
• You should have comprehensive knowledge of corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and shareholder agreements.
• Paralegals with strong academics and at least 12 months' experience in a corporate team are encouraged to apply.
• The role involves business development, cross-selling, and supporting firm growth.
• Support and mentorship are available, with full training provided.
