Job Details

• Job title: Corporate Finance Solicitor
• PQE: 5+ PQE

Responsibilities

• Deal with a varied caseload of corporate matters within a highly rated corporate team.
• Support the full remit of corporate law for family businesses, banks, financial institutions and listed companies on all types of corporate cases.
• Ideally have at least 4 years in handling their own caseload of corporate files including joint ventures, shareholder agreements, share buy-ins, private equity transactions, business start-ups and share options, among other matters.
• Be proactive and flexible, seeking to develop expertise within corporate law on a superb platform.
• Interest in sectors such as manufacturing, engineering, and technology.
• Contribute to the team's ongoing success and reputation within the market.

Qualifications and Attributes

• Minimum of 5 years PQE in corporate/ corporate finance.
• Ability to manage a diverse corporate caseload and work within a top-ranked team.
• Proactive, flexible, and capable of contributing to a high-performing environment.
