• Lead and manage a team of transaction services professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to identify and win new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Collaborate with other partners and teams within the firm to leverage cross selling opportunities and maximise client satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments, identifying potential areas for growth and innovation.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic insights and recommendations to support their business objectives.

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with extensive experience in TS
• Proven track record in business development, with the ability to identify and win new clients and projects.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic mindset, with the ability to think creatively and identify opportunities for growth.
