An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Finance Manager to join a successful and growing organisation in Dublin.
This is an ideal move for someone currently working within Big Four or Top 10 Corporate Finance, Deals, Transaction Services or Advisory who is looking to move into a commercial environment while retaining strong exposure to transactions, investment decisions and senior stakeholders.
The Role
Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will play a key role across corporate finance and strategic initiatives, including:
- M&A and transaction support
- Financial modelling and valuation
- Investment appraisal and business cases
- Commercial and strategic financial analysis
- Due diligence and assessment of potential opportunities
- Preparation of board and senior management presentations
- Long-term financial planning and forecasting
- Working with senior internal stakeholders and external advisers

The Candidate:
We are looking for an ambitious, commercially minded finance professional with:
- Strong Corporate Finance, Deals, Transaction Services or related advisory experience
- Ideally 2-5 years' post-qualified experience
- Excellent financial modelling and valuation skills
- Strong commercial judgement and analytical capability
- Confidence presenting to and working with senior stakeholders
- A proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple projects
Candidates currently at Manager level within Big Four or Top 10 professional services firms are particularly encouraged to apply.
