Corporate Finance Lawyer

Excellent new position for a Corporate Finance lawyer to join the growing Edinburgh Corporate team of a leading UK law firm.

Role Profile:

This is an opportunity to join a highly successful corporate team with a leading UK practice to work with UK and International clients working a high-ranking corporate team. The role will work closely with a specialist Partner and will advise on corporate matters across a range of sectors including: technology, life science, energy, FMCG and financial services. Corporate matters will include:

• M&A;
• Private Equity;
• Joint Ventures;
• Commercial Contracts.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified lawyer with 1+ years PQE, ideally with a background in general corporate or corporate finance.
• Strong communication skills and able to manage a varied workload of corporate transactions.
