The Role

• Providing a quality and timely service to clients
• Undertaking assignments including mergers and acquisitions support, due diligence, financial and strategic assessment, company valuations, and litigation support
• Actively involved in business development and cross-selling opportunities
• Coaching and development of junior staff
• Taking responsibility for specific areas of the operational management, as required

The Candidate

• Fully qualified ICAI, ACA, ACCA or equivalent
• At least 2+ years Corporate Finance experience
• Due to immigration restrictions, must be an EU national or have the right to work in Ireland
