Corporate Energy Lawyer

Excellent opportunity for an Associate level lawyer to join the award-winning Corporate Energy team of a leading national law firm- this position will be based in their offices in Edinburgh.

Role Profile:

Working as part of an award-winning UK-wide Corporate Energy team you will have the opportunity to work on a varied range of transactions, deals and advisory matters including:

• Corporate advice,
• Joint ventures,
• M&A
• Fundraisings.
• The team also has a strong reputation its work on community energy projects, often involving co-operatives, and on innovative, ground-breaking new projects.

Candidate Requirements:

• Background in corporate law and/or transactional energy law.
• Strong transactional, deal-focused background.
• Team player and self-motivated.
