Corporate Associate 3-6 PQE

Due to growth and existing client needs, the firm is currently seeking a 3-6 year PQE Corporate Associate to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Support experienced Corporate Partners on a range of matters mainly private & public M&A and advisory work, including capital raisings, corporate governance, managed investments and private equity.

Qualifications

• Excellent academic record.
• First rate inter personal skills.
• Specialist technical ability.
• Demonstrable corporate experience derived from a leading law practice.
