Corporate & Commercial Solicitor

Location: Shrewsbury, Telford, Conwy, Hereford, Oswestry, Bromyard, Ludlow.

Position: Corporate and Commercial Solicitor - Full Time Permanent.

We will consider all candidates regardless of PQE.

Responsibilities include private M&A transactions, asset sales, reorganisations, fundraisings, EIS/SEIS investments, joint ventures, shareholder exits, share schemes, shareholders agreements, etc.
