Corporate & Commercial Solicitor - Locum 5+ PQE, remote, £50 - £60 per hour. An opportunity for an experienced corporate and commercial locum solicitor to provide support to the team to cover permanent recruitment.
- A well-established and reputable firm is seeking a skilled Corporate & Commercial Locum Solicitor to provide essential support to the team whilst recruitment for a permanent solicitor is underway
- The successful solicitor will have a minimum of 5 years' PQE, with strong experience across a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including: business sales and acquisitions, asset and share purchase agreements and drafting and reviewing shareholders' agreements
- Additional experience would include advising on corporate governance and transaction structures, drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts and general commercial advisory work for SMEs and larger corporates
- As an experienced locum, you will be expected to manage your own caseload with confidence, adapt quickly to the firm's systems, and hit the ground running
- The firm requires ongoing, ad hoc support, with instructions arising in both corporate transactions and day-to-day commercial matters as and when client demand arises
- The role is offered on a fully remote basis, providing excellent flexibility, with IT equippment provided
