We're working in partnership with a well-established, highly regarded law firm on the South Coast, seeking a talented Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to join its growing team.

The Role

You will handle a broad mix of corporate and commercial matters, including business sales and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, company restructures, and complex commercial contracts. The work is varied, intellectually engaging, and client facing, offering genuine exposure to high value transactions and long term advisory relationships.

The firm's client base includes high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and established businesses across the Southampton and wider Solent region, giving you the opportunity to build meaningful connections and develop your reputation in the local market.
