I am working with a highly regarded London Market broker seeking an ambitious Account Executive to help drive growth and deliver outstanding client service.

What you'll do:

• Manage and expand a portfolio of clients, identifying opportunities for new business and cross-selling.
• Offer expert advice, market insight, and tailored solutions that meet client needs and deliver commercial success.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, prospects, and market contacts.
• Take ownership of renewals, policy documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Guide and develop a small team, ensuring objectives are clear and performance remains high.

What you'll bring:

• Solid experience in retail insurance within the London Market.
• A track record in building client relationships and generating business.
• Strong technical knowledge, accuracy, and attention to detail.
