Job Description
About the Pub

With huge screens, top-tier entertainment, great food & drink, and an unbeatable atmosphere, our Grandstand pubs are built for people who live and breathe live sport. We don't just show sport - we live it. From matchdays to live music and big sporting moments, Grandstand pubs are where local communities and fans come together, and where your next partnership could start.

The Cornishman is a well-established community pub in the heart of Wythenshawe, attracting guests right through the week with a strong live sport following, regular entertainment and its much-loved Monday Club. With a true local feel and a great atmosphere from weekdays into the weekend, it's a pub that sits at the centre of the community.

It's a flexible, multi-room operation with a large main bar at its heart, a pool/games area to the side, and a versatile function room to the rear with its own bar plus a separate entrance - ideal for private hires and big event nights. Outside trading is boosted by a front beer garden and a large car park. With planned investment, there's clear headroom to grow sales to around £12,000 per week, with the function room offering further upside through bookings and events.
