Whom are we looking for?

We're on the lookout for a creative and driven B2B Copywriter to join our Marketing team full-time. As Ampowr continues to grow, we need someone who can fully dedicate their time and skills to producing high-quality content that supports our brand, our sales efforts, and our position as a leader in the Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) market. From social media posts to in-depth case studies and video content, you'll be responsible for shaping how Ampowr shows up to the world.

This role offers the opportunity to develop compelling content from the inside out: you'll speak with customers, engineers, founders, and sales teams to turn technical insights into engaging stories that resonate across industries.

To be successful in this role, you're expected to:

• Develop and execute content for social media (LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Interview internal teams (e.g. Proposals, Engineering, Sales) to craft business cases and use cases
• Interview customers to write compelling case studies for external communication
• Collaborate with the founders and key employees to create thought leadership content
• Write scripts and contribute to the creative direction of company videos
• Create SEO-optimized blog articles and website content
• Support with filming and possibly presenting short news videos for internal or external use
• Work with our design and marketing teams to ensure content is visually aligned with our brand
• Track content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement and SEO insights

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in B2B content creation, preferably in a technical or industrial field
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics
• A portfolio or examples of previous work (blog posts, case studies, video scripts, etc.)
• Ability to conduct interviews and extract strong narratives
• Proficiency in Dutch & English languages
• Experience with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress) and social media tools
• Comfortable collaborating across departments and managing multiple content streams
• Bonus: experience with SEO and writing for the web
• Bonus: basic filming or presenting skills
