Copilot AI Engineer/Microsoft AI Specialist

We're looking for a hands-on Copilot AI Engineer to design and prototype AI-driven solutions within Microsoft enterprise environments. This role focuses on rapidly building and iterating practical AI use cases that support ERP, CRM, and operational processes.

What You'll Do

• Design and build AI proof-of-concepts and MVPs demonstrating real business value

• Develop solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Platform (AI Builder, Power Automate), and Azure AI services

• Integrate AI capabilities into Dynamics 365 (F&O, CE, Business Central) and Power Platform tools

• Work in agile cycles to test, refine, and scale AI solutions

• Identify opportunities where AI can improve ERP delivery or operations

• Create reusable assets and internal accelerators

What You'll Bring

• Hands-on experience building AI-powered or automation solutions

• Strong knowledge of Copilot Studio and Microsoft AI services

• Experience with Power Platform and integrations

• Exposure to Azure OpenAI/GPT-based solutions

• Comfortable working in fast-moving, experimental environments
