Coordinator - Lettings

Salary:£25,936.00 - £30,000.00 Per year SNG (Sovereign Network Group) is one of the largest housing associations in England. We provide over 85,000 homes and invest in communities across the South, West and East of England, including London, as well as building thousands of new affordable homes every year.We have a fantastic Permanent opportunity for a highly organised Coordinator to join our Lettings team. We're flexible on your office base, so you can be based either from Basingstoke, Greenham, Hurn, Blandford, Bristol, Exeter, Isle of Wight or London . You'll work both from home and the office 2 days per week.What You'll Be DoingIn this role, you'll help customers experience a smooth and positive journey when moving into or out of their home.You'll work closely with colleagues, customers, local authorities, and external partners to coordinate lettings activity, reduce void periods, and ensure homes are let quickly and efficiently.
