Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in meal preparation and food safety. As a Chef, you will play a pivotal role in the kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards while maintaining a clean and organised workspace.

Duties
Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and menus.
Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure consistency and quality.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely service.
Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients where possible.
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen environment.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in culinary techniques and food preparation methods.
Help create an enjoyable dining experience for guests through exceptional food quality.

Requirements
Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant setting.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in food presentation.
A passion for cooking.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
