Cook - Fast-Paced Team Kitchen with HACCP Focus

Mount Charles is recruiting a Cook for our Clifton House, Belfast site. This role involves preparing and cooking all food to high standards, ensuring HACCP compliance and maintaining the service counter for daily service.

You will join a team focused on great customer service, working 8am-6:30pm, 3 days out of 7, with every other weekend off and pro rata annual leave. We value people, teamwork, and pride in doing things right.
