  • Learning: By fostering a culture of learning, we ensure that our team remains innovative and adaptable in a constantly evolving world.
The successful applicant will:
  • Help deliver food service of high quality within the home, and also with meal service to the residents.

You will ensure every meal supports our residents' dignity, comfort, and individuality while following safe and efficient kitchen practices. Whether you're adapting menus for specialised diets, preparing meals for residents with swallowing difficulties, or offering reassurance to someone who feels anxious at mealtimes, you'll prioritise their well being above anything else. Through nutritious, well presented dishes and a calm, person centred approach, you help create a homely dining experience that truly makes a difference.
