The Position

The role is to lead operations for our Spanish office. Please only apply if you have the right to live in Spain. We do not offer sponsorship.


Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have a background in compliance or operations for boutique firms.

The person will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the Spanish office. This will include:

- Reporting to the Board

- Reporting to the CMNV

- Overseeing compliance

- Overseeing Policies for the Spanish office

- Company Registrations

- Background checks

Knowledge & Experience Required

Background in Compliance or Operations

A strong understanding of working in a regulated environment

An understanding of the requirements of the CMNV on businesses

Disciplined and very organised

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

A "commercial" outlook

At a minimum 8 years of relevant experience

Educated to degree level is essential. Min. 2.1

Fluency in both English and Spanish
