Conveyancing Solicitor

Leadenhall Law Group are looking for a Conveyancing Solicitor to join our growing team within our London office.

Ideal candidate will have:

• High levels of customer service and communication skills to work with clients and stakeholders in the conveyancing market.
• The ability to work on a case management system throughout. Track record of consistent billing within Residential Conveyancing.
• Dynamic approach to be able to work individually and within a collective team environment.
• Strong experience in conveyancing, specifically with leasehold and freehold residential transactions.
• Proven ability to manage and complete complex transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Strong understanding of UK residential property law, including experience dealing with the Building Safety Act 2022.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• A proactive, detail oriented mindset, with the capability to handle transactions autonomously while working collaboratively with support staff.
