Our well established client is currently looking to hire an experienced Licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor to join their well respected Residential Property team.

The successful candidate must have had experience handling their own caseload with minimum supervision.

You will have the opportunity to process a caseload of Conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion.

You will need to demonstrate your expertise in relation to all stages of freehold and leasehold residential conveyancing. Additionally, you can expect to cover remortgages, transfers and releases of equity, lease extensions and some development work, complying with CQS standards at all times.

You will be required to manage your own workload and communicate capacity levels to the wider team.

Ideal Candidate Requirements

• At least 2 years' experience of running your own caseload of residential property transactions
• Value working in a fast-paced team
• Be enthusiastic, self motivated and organised
