Conveyancing Solicitor / Property Lawyer - Wolverhampton

Recruitment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a well-established regional law firm for an experienced Property Lawyer to join their Wolverhampton office.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious conveyancer looking to take ownership of a varied residential caseload within a reputable and expanding firm.

• Managing residential property transactions end-to-end
• Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, and equity transfers
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, and lenders
• Ensuring compliance and efficient case progression
• Supporting the wider property team where required

• Minimum 3+ years PQE or equivalent conveyancing experience
• Strong residential property background
• Excellent client communication skills
• Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
