Conveyancing Lawyer - Position Overview

Lead, develop, and grow the conveyancing team while managing a varied caseload and playing a central role in the firm's strategic planning. This is a leadership position with significant scope to shape the firm's conveyancing offering and future.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the conveyancing team, driving performance and best practice
• Manage a varied caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing matters
• Play a key role in strategic planning and business development
• Mentor and support junior solicitors and conveyancers
• Integrate modern systems and new technology into the department
• Help strengthen the firm's profile in the local market

Requirements

• 5+ years' PQE in residential and commercial conveyancing
• Proven experience managing or supervising a team
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to contribute to strategy
• Ambitious, business-focused, and keen to bring new ideas
• Client-focused with excellent communication skills
