Conveyancing Fee Earner

Overview

Service Care Solutions is partnering with a well-established law firm in Birmingham seeking an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its Residential Property team. Location: Birmingham. Salary: £45,000 to £55,000.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
• Provide a high-quality service to a broad range of clients.
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Manage transfers of equity, new build transactions and shared ownership matters.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties throughout the transaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
• Excellent knowledge of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion.
• Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Chartered Legal Executives, Conveyancing Executives, or experienced non-qualified Fee Earners with relevant residential conveyancing experience.
