• Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion
• Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity, leasehold and freehold matters
• Maintain excellent client relationships, delivering a high standard of service
• Work within a supportive and well-structured team, with strong administrative and legal support

About You:

• An experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive
• Strong technical knowledge and experience managing a busy caseload
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• A proactive and organised approach, with a keen eye for detail
