Opportunity Overview

A well-established and growing Residential Conveyancing department is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Executive to join their team. You'll manage your own files while contributing to the development of junior team members. This is a client-facing position, ideal for someone who prides themselves on communication, accuracy, and delivering a high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of sales, purchases and remortgages.
• Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to relevant regulations.
• Investigating titles and identifying any legal issues or potential fraud risks.
• Providing clear and timely updates to clients, solicitors, and estate agents.
• Handling secure transfer of funds.
• Completing registrations and keeping up to date with legal and regulatory changes.
• Managing Stamp Duty submissions and closing files effectively.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in Residential Conveyancing (3+ years preferred).
• Ability to independently manage a busy and fast-paced caseload.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines.
• SRA / CLC / CILEX qualification (preferred but not essential).
