Conveyancing Assistant: Streamline Property Deals

Talk Staff Recruitment are working with a reputable law firm based in Wolverhampton to recruit a Conveyancing Assistant. You will support the conveyancer on purchases, sales, transfer of equity, remortgages and more.

You will handle incoming calls and emails, provide client quotations, draft documents, update case management systems, and liaise with estate agents and lenders. Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm; salary £24,000-£26,000 per annum.
