Conveyancing Assistant - Birkenhead - £27,000pa + Benefits

Our clients, an independent multi disciplined Law Firm now seek a Conveyancing Assistant to join the team at their Birkenhead offices.

We are keen to speak with both recent Law Graduates who can demonstrate a keen interest in Conveyancing and more experienced Conveyancing professionals for this position.

The Reward

The Role

Support a team of Conveyancing Fee Earners and Solicitors in their duties, ensuring File Management with attention to detail and timely Completions for clients
Liaising with all parties concerned as appropriate on both Sales and Purchases

The Person

Be either a recent Graduate with a Law Degree or an experienced Conveyancing professional
Possess a confident and professional telephone manner
Be highly literate, able to converse professionally both in writing and verbally
Be a team player, always working towards a common goal
