We are seeking a dedicated full-time Solicitor to join our growing Conveyancing team.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will join our busy Conveyancing Department working with a varied caseload dealing with a variety of matters including residential sales and purchases, landlord and tenant issues, re-mortgages and equity releases, transfers of equity, gifts and assents, freehold reversions and lease enfranchisements, amongst other transactions as may be required by our clients.

You will be responsible for assisting the Senior Associates and Partners within the firm but will also be expected to develop your own caseload and will be given the opportunity to advance and maintain both new and existing client relationships.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate would have 1-3 PQE, although more experienced candidates will also be considered, and will be self-motivated with a hunger for achieving the best possible results for our clients.
