Bell Cornwall Recruitment are working alongside a national law firm, that specialise particularly with property law, and have over 8 offices. We are searching for an experienced Conveyancer to join the Residential Conveyancing team.

The Role:

• Managing a full caseload of sale, purchase, remortgage, transfer of equity, leasehold and freehold matters
• Drafting of legal documents
• Advising clients and preparing reports
• Ensure progression of transactions
• Regular communication with clients
• Liaise with third parties

The Ideal Candidate:

• Past experience managing your own caseload is a must
• Can commute to Derbyshire
• Qualified solicitor/Licensed conveyancer
• Familiar with land registry portal and online search platforms
• Experience using LEAP case management software
• Experience with leasehold, freehold and commercial property transactions
