Conveyancer

Our client is a well-established and reputable law firm with offices in Leamington Spa and Coventry. Its Leamington office has a close-knit team which includes a busy and experienced commercial conveyancing department.

The Role

Due to increased workload and team changes, our client is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join our Leamington office. This role is open to candidates with a background in commercial conveyancing.

You will manage your own caseload independently and will be expected to handle matters confidently from instruction through to completion. This role requires someone who can hit the ground running with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing your own caseload of commercial conveyancing matters
• Progressing transactions efficiently from instruction to completion
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other parties
• Maintaining high standards of client care and compliance
• Working collaboratively within a close-knit and supportive team

About You

• Minimum of two years' post-qualification or equivalent commercial conveyancing experience
• Confident managing a full caseload with minimal supervision
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• A team-oriented approach and willingness to contribute to a collaborative office culture
