An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Control Room Supervisor to join our client s Security Services Team. This role will be working flexible shift patterns on a 4-on 4-off basis. Please note that the shifts will comprise of day and night stretches, 75%-night shifts and 25%-day shifts.

The main purpose of this role is to contribute to the safety and security of their premises, staff, guests, and visitors. To lead the Security Control Room Operatives and the daily running of all procedures and act as Incident Manager on events when required and lead on the coordination of all incident management across their campus.

Main duties of this role include:

  • To oversee the daily running of the Security Control room, including all integrated security and safety systems, and to supervise and manage a team of Control Room Operatives and Security Officers in line with our client s policy and procedures.
  • To lead the initial response on any security, first aid or emergency that arises on their Premises, escalating through the appropriate channels when necessary.
  • This is not your normal security role. If you are looking for an environment that is fast-paced, ever changing and affords involvement in World Class events, then this role is for you. Please note it is essential you hold a valid SIA CCTV License.
