Control Room & Security Officer: CCTV & Customer Care

Highcross is seeking a proactive Control Room Assistant / Security Officer to monitor CCTV, manage contractor access and support visitor safety. The role is based in the Control Room with frontline customer service duties and active involvement in incident response and record-keeping.

Flexibility is required for shifts, including occasional night coverage, with a strong emphasis on professional communication, data protection and health and safety compliance.
