We are recruiting for a Contracts Manager to join our client with numerous projects in London. They are a main contractor with an excellent reputation, promoting from within, and have doubled in size since 2007.

This London site-based position will involve managing 3-4 projects at a time, focusing on regeneration projects such as new builds, social housing, and private sale properties. Experience working with a main contractor in a similar role, managing projects ranging from £10-50m, is required.

Requirements:

• Experience working for a main contractor
• Experience running 3-4 sites at once
• Stable work history
• Experience with regeneration projects
• Experience managing projects ranging from £10-50m
