We are currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager to join our busy client with numerous projects running in London.They are a main contractor with an excellent reputation within the construction industry andof promoting from within. They have doubled in size since 2007 growing organicallywith an average length of service of 8 years. Due to an increase in projects they are working on they are looking at expanding their operational team.

This is London site basedposition looking after projects either North or South of the River Thameswith 3-4 projects running at 1 time. This will be primarily looking after regeneration projects that are new buildsocial housing, part rent part buy and private sale properties as well as other facilities such as schools and healthcare centres. You will need to have experience of working with a main contractor in a similar role looking after projectsranging in size from £10-50m.

Requirements:

• To have worked for a main contractor
• Experience of running 3-4 sites at once
• Stable work history
• To have worked on regeneration projects
• To have ran sits ranging from £10-50m
