Are you an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong Facilities Management (FM) background? We're looking for a motivated and commercially minded professional to oversee a portfolio of small to medium-sized contracts, ensuring exceptional service delivery while driving business growth.

This is a mobile role, with travel expenses paid, offering the opportunity to work with a growing and ambitious FM business.

The Role

You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of Total Facilities Management (TFM) and Hard Services contracts, building strong client relationships, ensuring operational excellence, and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and win new business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of small to medium-sized FM contracts
• Deliver high-quality service across both TFM and Hard Services contracts
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Ensure contracts meet KPIs, SLAs, and compliance requirements
• Manage budgets, performance, and profitability
• Lead and support engineers and subcontractors
• Identify upselling opportunities within existing accounts
• Generate new business and achieve agreed sales targets
• Carry out regular client and site visits

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the Facilities Management sector
• Strong background managing both TFM and Hard Services contracts
• Commercially focused with experience in upselling and business development
• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills
• Strong financial and operational management experience
