Passive Fire Contracts Manager

Salary: £55-60k/annum

Location: Leeds

DCS are recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple fire compartmentation projects from inception to completion including passive fire protection works and fire door installation, replacement and remediation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven track record in this industry with a sound technical and working knowledge of fire door regulations, BM Trada standards and passive fire product details.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with customers at all levels; ability to provide a first-class service.
• SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS and ideally a formal qualification in either carpentry & joinery or firestopping.
