Our client is both developer & contractor
They wish to appoint Contracts Manager for upcoming building project in Ennis
Mixed use - residential civic
Program 2.5-3yrs
Value €35M
Depending upon production delivery you may also be asked to manage other projects in Co. Clare / Midwest region.
Coming from existing Contracts Management background with either developer contractor, you will have large-scale building and/or residential experience capable of leading sizable site team. This position may also suit an ambitious PM looking to step, our client has successful track record hiring first time Contracts Managers.
All in circa €150K (to be negotiated) with full package
