Contracts Manager, Commercial M&E (New Builds) - Ashford

Bimplus, a well established M&E installation contractor, is seeking a contracts manager to join its Ashford team and oversee commercial projects in Kent. The role is five days a week with a package and salary range £65k-£80k, depending on experience and qualifications.

You would manage 2-4 new build projects, ensuring schedules, quality, and H&S compliance, while coordinating with site management teams to deliver on time and within budget.
