Due to ongoing success and new contracts, they are looking to bolster their commercial contracts team.On offer is a Contracts Manager role where you will be responsible for managing a range of commercial heating contracts from inception to completion, overseeing compliance and managing sub-contractors as well as internal engineers.This role would suit someone from a Commercial Gas background who has some experience with contracts / project management that is looking for the next step in their career where they can technically progress.The Role:

• Commercial contracts management
• Lead operational teams and subcontractors
• Further technical training

The Person:

• Commercial Heating / Mechanical Services background
• Lead / Supervisor / Management experience
• Full UK driving license
