Contracts Manager

Contracts Manager, BMS Projects London Up to £85,000

Lead a team of 5 to 7 Project Managers delivering Trend, Tridium, Siemens and Schneider-based BMS controls projects.

This role could suit an experienced Contracts Manager or a Senior Project Manager ready for wider leadership responsibility.

You will:

• Allocate projects and resources following sales handover
• Review project costs, forecasts and delivery with your PM team
• Coach Project Managers and improve a small number of key processes

You will need strong BMS project experience, sound commercial knowledge and the ability to delegate rather than take every technical issue back yourself.

The package includes up to £85,000, a £7,297.50 car allowance or car scheme, a company bonus, private healthcare, a pension, and 25 days' holiday.

The role requires regular attendance in London with flexibility for home working.
